Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

INFINITE POTENTIAL™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
